Terms of Service

By placing an order or using the site you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

CBW Store sells hats and caps — baseball caps, bucket hats, beanies, straw hats, visors, berets, and fedoras and felt hats. Descriptions, images and prices may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or withdraw a piece from sale.

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed, through PayPal on a PCI-DSS-compliant gateway. Accepted methods are listed on the payment methods page.

Preparation and delivery times, return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in the shipping, return and refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Text, photography, layout and code on this site belong to CBW Store and are protected by copyright. Third-party brand names are the property of their respective owners.

• No unlawful use of the site
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or break into our systems
• No false information or fraudulent orders
• No copying or redistributing content without permission
• No harassment of staff or other customers

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the hat in question.

When you submit a review or photo you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it, and you confirm it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or end access to the site for breaches of these terms, fraud, or other reasonable cause.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CBW Store is registered. We may update them; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Significant changes are announced by email or on the site.
