What we do
CBW Store is a small team with one job: hats. Not shoes, not bags, not a bit of everything — 0 hats and caps from 0 houses, each one checked by hand before it leaves and tracked all the way to you.
Seven styles, one checkout: baseball caps, bucket hats, beanies, straw hats, visors, berets, and fedoras and felt hats. Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, Miu Miu, Balenciaga, Burberry, Moncler, Chanel and Celine are the houses with the deepest shelves; the full list is on the houses page with a count next to each name.
How an order moves
- You choose. Every hat page shows the colours and sizes it comes in. Caps with an adjustable strap fit most heads; fitted styles list their sizes. Not sure? Email us the link and your head circumference and we confirm the size before you order.
- We prepare it. Hats take 3–6 business days: the piece is pulled, checked and boxed so the crown and brim keep their shape. The figure is printed on the product page and again in your cart with an estimated delivery date.
- We check it. Model, colour, size, embroidery, stitching, brim and hardware — all looked over by hand before the parcel is sealed. No parcel goes out unopened.
- It ships tracked. A tracking number reaches your inbox within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Standard delivery is 10–20 days, SF Express 7–10.
What we promise
Photos and text describe the hat you receive. If something is off — wrong model, transit damage — tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or refund it.
Every hat is inspected before it leaves. That is the one step we never skip.
We ship to 100+ countries. Standard shipping is free on orders of $500 and over.
